HAJAR HAMID


Hajar has 15 years combined experience in learning and development and project management with different industries: information technology, banking, government agencies and logistics. A B.Info.Tech (Systems Management) graduate from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, she continued her love for building organisations by pursuing and earning a disctinction in her MBA in International Business at the University of East London.

Armed with her accreditation as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute and Project Leadership Certification from PIKOM, Hajar feeds her passion in project management by developing comprehensive learning modules which includes leadership and strategic management. Branded as Projek-360, the learning modules aim to approach project, program and change management holistically; merging the technical aspects with business strategy and people aspects.

She has run public programs for various clients and has delivered long-term programs for Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat at the national and state levels to more than 400 officers and operational staff. She is also currently a featured learning facilitator for Young Living Malaysia’s series of learning workshops for their product ambassadors.


MOHD NADZRIN WAHAB


Nadzrin has 20 years experience in learning and development and has served companies at both middle and upper management levels.  After graduating with a B.HSc in Communication from the International Islamic University of Malaysia, he started his career as a journalist and gradually explored marketing, public relations, event management and eventually learning. The highlight of his career was as Project Delivery Lead at the Accenture Kuala Lumpur Connected Learning Centre for 7 years where he delivered learning to Accenture employees from ASEAN, Europe, USA, Australia, India, Japan, China, South Korea and more.

Along the way, he has gained deep knowledge and skills in interpersonal and written human communication, evidenced in being accredited and certified by international bodies such as the TRACOM Group (Social Styles), Workforce Performance LLC (Leadership Conversations), Infomation Mapping International and FranklinCovey (5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity).

His experience has allowed him to develop effective learning services for clients. THARWAH KASSIM


Tharwah is the founder of Nur Tharwah Consult Sdn Bhd. (NTCSB) which offers company secretarial, accounting, taxation and corporate advisory services. Among the organizations under her consultation are the Institut Terjemahan Negara Berhad, Persatuan Anak-anak Pahang di Kuala Lumpur (Pekap Holdings Berhad), Pasaraya Pak Aji Group and several Travel & Tours companies.  

As a Learning Facilitator, Tharwah has shared and presented clients within the public and private sectors in areas of communications, public speaking, work ethics and corporate set-ups. Among her favorite topics are “Say it From The Heart!”, “Mind Your Own Business” and “Keep that Job!”. She has been a featured speaker for Universiti Malaysia for the last 10 years. She is also passionate about martial arts and volunteers as Master of Ceremonies (MC) at several public functions for Pertubuhan Silat Seni Gayong Malaysia (PSSGM) and has also conducted motivational programs for their athletes.

ARYLL AZILL


Aryll’s passion lies in both people and technology. While he graduated with a B.Info Tech & Mgmt from the Open University of Malaysia, this has also driven him to equip himself with coaching (SOIF Coach) and Team Building (Team Up!) accreditations. This wide range of skills has allowed him to serve as an internal learning facilitator for the International Islamic University Malaysia for various programs related to ICT, Service Excellence, Team Building and Customer Service since 2010.

He has facilitated specialised Customer Service courses for the National Heart Institute and the UKM Medical Centre, which helped raise the level of awareness and quality of their frontliners. He has also delivered various motivational and performance development programs for more than 400 new preschool teachers and administrators for KEMAS, as well as 150 of their middle and senior officers at the state and national level. He recently conducted a high-impact team building session for the President and Executive Board Members of Universiti Kuala Lumpur to rave reviews. This has led him to deliver several ongoing sessions of instructor skills courses for their lecturers.

Aryll brings genuine excitement and energy to all his experiental learning programs which keep his participants fully involved and attentive. He is currently focusing on professional presentation skills to improve storytelling skills and influencing skills to executives. His friendly and expressive nature influence his sessions, combined with games, role-play and multimedia, which involves participants and helps to develop their extrovert nature.

NURA MUNA ABD HALIM


Muna graduated from University of Malaya in Bachelor of Applied Science and Islamic Studies in 2008. She began her career as a lecturer in the Faculty of Science, University Malaya until 2009 when she decided to pursue her study in Masters of Science. This has given her a strong sense of understanding of the physical and physiological aspects of human performance and a strong methodical approach to human development and understanding.

Upon completing her studies, Muna continued her passion in lecturing at IACT College and Oasis College which led to being invited to conduct motivational talks for schools and universities. She is a Certified Trainer by PSMB and became a Professional Learning Facilitator (Mastery) in 2012. Muna is also a certified SOIF Coach and regularly conducts personal, team and corporate coaching.

She is a favourite amongst the staff of schools, universities and government agencies for her no-nonsense yet caring approach to human development. Among those she counts among her clients include University of Malaya, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, Universiti Sains Malaysia, the International Islamic University of Malaysia, Universiti TENAGA Nasional, Universiti Kuala Lumpur, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri and the Bangladesh Ministry of Health as well as numerous primary and secondary public and private schools.

ZAHIDAH SHARIF

Zahidah is a Data Management Coach.

Her expertise is to help save time and improve workability with more systematic data management whether in recording, compiling, analyzing or reporting data using only Microsoft Excel tools.

Zahidah has been involved in data management since the beginning of her career as a Quality Consultant and R&D at one of Malaysia's SMEs in 2012. Knowing the importance of data management in the industry in Malaysia, she decided to pursue her Master Degree in France in Sustainable Food Technology & Management.

After graduation, Zahidah was offered to work in an international company in Belgium as a regulatory affairs officer. She has led legal data management projects focusing on two main pillars of Sustainable Management; Sustainable People and Sustainable Financial.

Zahidah is actively involved in sharing her experience and helps the Malaysian industry to understand the company's data management system and provide services to produce sustainable data management systems with low cost budget.
